We were delighted to be appointed as Main Contractor to Fulham F.C for their project to sympathetically upgrade their player facilities at their prestigious Motspur Park Training Ground. The works comprised of extending both wings of the main Pavilion building to provide a new toilet, shower and changing facility in one wing and a new physiotherapy and office suite in the other. A variety of skills were required to give a First-Class facility whilst working around and upgrading existing services. M & E formed a significant part of this project with plumbing, heating and Air Conditioning all requiring a complete overhaul and re-fit. The project lent itself to our core strengths of working around on-going activity as the pitch had to remain functional for the players training sessions. The completed project gives the Club a State-of-the-Art facility for many seasons to come and we are very proud to have delivered it.
