Acting as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations, our services are designed to ensure not only legislative compliance but also added value. Value is delivered through our expertise in design, occupational safety, construction safety, assessment of risk and end-user documentation. Our knowledge enables successful integration of safety in design at very early project stages.
Our SMSTS and First Aid Qualified Project Team have completed projects for high end retailers; Tesco, M&S, Home Bargains and Sainsburys. We have provided Contract and Site Management for large refrigeration projects on behalf of companies such as Space, Ryan Jayberg, TRS and Carter Synergy. Our Site Managers have also been security passed for Government projects in Parliament.
